Express FC have announced the appointment of Isa Lumu as the club’s first team captain.
Lumu will be assisted by goalkeeper Dennis Otim who is expected to be the club’s first choice goalkeeper in the upcoming season.
Lumu replaces Enock Walusimbi who joined Scottish Premiership side Dundee United alongside KCCA striker Sadat Happy Anaku.
Walusimbi is expected to be loaned out to Peter ead FC, another Scottish side that competes in the 3rd tier.
He recently signed a new two year after his initial contract had expired at the end of last season.
Lumu has previously played for SC Villa, Tooro United and had a stint in Myanmar at Hantarwady FC.
